This policy explains what Just A Company LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use goalsettingpilot.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you take the quiz, join a waitlist or buy something.
• Your quiz answers and your Storm Type (your quiz result).
• Purchase details, such as what you bought, the amount and the date. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cookies and tracking pixels, only if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. These come from Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, and tell us which pages and ads are working.
• First-touch campaign data (UTM tags such as utm_source or utm_campaign) from the link you first used to reach our site. This is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is sent to us with your quiz or order so we know which campaigns bring people in.

Why we collect it

• To send you the free 5-Minute Flight Plan and the coaching emails you signed up for.
• To show you your quiz result and tailor our emails to your Storm Type.
• To deliver what you buy and help if you lose a download link.
• To measure and improve our site and our ads (only with your consent).
• To keep records the law requires for tax and accounting.

• Vercel (website hosting)
• Kit (email list and coaching emails)
• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (order and download emails)
• Cloudflare (secure file storage for downloads)
• Meta, TikTok and Google (analytics and advertising, only if you accept cookies)

We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your email details while you're subscribed to our emails, and for as long as needed to deliver your purchases and support you. Purchase records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
• Delete your data: email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and ask us to delete your information.
• Cookies: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to change your choice. If you decline, we don't load Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok tracking.

Age

This site is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll also let subscribers know by email.
